Judgement of Paris
The Paris Wine Tasting of 1976, also known as the Judgment of Paris, was a wine competition organized in Paris on 24 May 1976 by Steven Spurrier, a British wine merchant and his colleague, Patricia Gallagher, in which French judges carried out two blind tasting comparisons: one of top-quality Chardonnays and another of red wines (Bordeaux wines from France and Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Napa, California). A Napa wine rated best in each category, which caused surprise as France was generally regarded as being the foremost producer of the world’s best wines. Spurrier sold only French wine and believed that the California wines would not win.
Our Ultimate Tour
This tour is the most spectacular tour, we can pick you up from the airport or your hotel and show you the beauty of the Pacific Ocean stopping at small coastal towns and wineries along the way. We can visit the Russian River AVA on the way to the coast and do a wine tasting or 2. We will drop you off at Bodega Bay where the Russian River meets the Pacific Coast. You can dine at our favorite coastal restaurants overlooking the ocean and sleep in a cottage feet from the water. We will pick you up the next day and do a complete day of tours, 3 wineries and lunch and drop you back off. Pricing is seasonal so reach out for more details.
Secret Proposals
We have been blessed to witness love with many clients wanting to propose to their partners. This is always an amazing day and experience. We discuss the details and take pictures and videos and produce a video for them to have forever. We go to 3 wineries and we can go for an amazing food/wine experience in either Sonoma or Napa. The price for this experience is 95/hr and 20% gratuity and the tour is around 6 hours long. The lunch pairing is optional and ranges from 125-195 pp, which includes wine and food.
Team Bonding in Wine Country
We have hosted many team bonding experiences in the past few years.
Based on the number of participants we can go to or wineries and we have chefs that will host you. Our prices are based upon the number of guests attending the tour. The cost includes a five-hour minimum on weekdays and a six-hour minimum Fridays through Sundays.
We can discuss the lunch and chef options based on what you want and pricing.
